Network Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects from inception to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and excellent communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of solar energy technologies and project management principles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Project Documentation: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and all project stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimise project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Reporting: Report on and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Solar or Renewable Energy industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and installation processes.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel to project sites as required.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
