About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on renewable energy or electrical sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are organized and accessible.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to track delivery deadlines and progress.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Support senior project management in preparation of status reports, budgets, and project schedules.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, documenting outcomes and action items.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management qualification, with Electrical, Renewable Energy or a related field experience preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy or electrical sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of R4,000,000 - R6,500,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a market-leading salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
