Responsibilities:
  1. Fleet Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are safely maintained and efficiently utilized.
  2. Performance Improvement: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and driver productivity.
  3. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies, and conduct audits to verify adherence to safety protocols.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and adherence to schedules, and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in fleet tracking, logistics, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in fleet tracking software and systems.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
  6. Matric qualification.
  7. Minimum 5 years managerial experience.
