We are a professional, agile, and innovative company that provides white-label IT Support and NOC services to Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Our goal is to enable MSPs to extend their services to their customers.

This role involves working with a leading UK-based MSP to provide further training and support to the successful candidate, enabling them to increase their technical knowledge and skills.

Job Summary

This is a senior-level IT support position that requires a strong technical background and experience in administration and troubleshooting of various IT systems and technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients and will have the opportunity to progress towards a leadership role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration and Troubleshooting
    • Administration and troubleshooting on SonicWall Firewalls- Gen 6 & 7.
    • Switched Networks and VLANs based on HP, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti equipment.
    • Administration and troubleshooting on Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform.
    • Administration and troubleshooting on Microsoft Intune and Defender.
    • Administration and troubleshooting on Microsoft Active Directory.
    • Administration and troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows Server OS. (2016/2019/2022)
    • Administration and troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows Desktop.
  • Desirable Technical Skills
    • Endpoint Security products, (e.g ThreatLocker, Huntress EDR, MS Defender for Business).
    • Knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks, (e.g Cyber Essentials, CIS 8.0)
    • Familiarity with Hudu Documentation Platform.
