About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant - Inland to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, working closely with them to understand their needs, and identifying opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of their care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying new business opportunities and analyzing customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Sales reporting on activities, planners, rolling forecasts, competitors' information, market share, install base, and database maintenance
  • Developing and managing a sales pipeline to maximize revenue growth
  • Frequent assessments in all wards of hospitals and other medical facilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Customer needs development through frequent demos and customer education to increase product adoption
  • Commissioning (installation of products) at customers to ensure seamless integration
  • In-service training on all products sold to ensure customer proficiency
  • Providing customers with tailored solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Providing feedback on future buying trends to inform business decisions
  • Representing ARJO at trade exhibitions, symposiums, events, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Liaising with the operations department to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of any issues
  • Staying up-to-date with ARJO product knowledge and competitor products to remain competitive
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role in the Healthcare Industry, with a proven sales track record
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience of medical devices
  • Understanding of hospital processes and procedures
  • Customer service oriented and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Valid driver's license and reliable own vehicle for travel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Available outside of normal office hours as required by customers
