We are seeking a Relationships and Engagement Director to join our team at TN United Kingdom. Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide solutions in line with our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, 3rd parties, creditors, unions, and Bayport branches to ensure the effective execution of the best outcome for customers and our Corporate promise.
  • Assist with all queries and complaints related to money solution offerings and business stakeholder engagement for speedy resolution.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting and feedback on activation campaigns, industry findings, and corporate engagement/experiences to Senior Activations and Relationships manager to ensure best practice and sustain Corporate relations.
Qualifications and Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification

DESIRED/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Min 1 year Diploma in Credit Management / Business Management / Marketing Management / T2 / NQF level 6 or relevant experience

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years experience in relationship management or key account management role

• 4 years financial services industry experience
