Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring agent interactions with customers, collating and distributing reports, liaising with sales departments, analysing and monitoring sales agent trends, auditing sales, leading investigations, managing BYC, and coaching and developing QA agents.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Matric qualification, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quality Assurance team leader in a contact centre, and experience in an outbound contact centre (advantageous). They should also possess intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
