Experienced Quality Assurance Professional Wanted for Project in Northern Cape

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA/QC professional to join our team on a project based in the Northern Cape. This is a fixed-term contract with potential for growth and advancement within the company.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control and assurance measures are in place and adhered to throughout the project. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures for the commissioning phase of the project.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Providing guidance and support to the project team on quality control and assurance processes.
- Identifying and reporting any quality issues and working with the team to find solutions.
- Collaborating with the project manager to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC in the construction or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.
The estimated annual salary for this position is R800,000 - R1,200,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
