**Job Description**

The Dispatch and Receiving Supervisor plays a crucial role in bridging communication between Finance and Operations teams.

This position requires an experienced individual to oversee dispatch and receiving processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and quality-driven operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage dispatch and receiving activities, maintaining high standards in inventory handling, packaging, and quality assurance.

- Ensure accurate invoicing, safety compliance, and an efficient dispatch process to support top-tier customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric (NQF level 4); a tertiary qualification in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Supply Chain is a plus.

- 3-5 years in a Dispatch and Receiving environment, with proven supervisory experience.

- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).

- Valid driver's license and own transport; forklift and crane licenses are advantageous.

Key Competencies:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to thrive under pressure.

- Proven customer service orientation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Detail-oriented with technical knowledge, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
