Oxyon Human Capital SolutionsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team.
As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant department or person.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and messages.
- Filing and organizing documents, both physically and electronically.
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Matric / Grade 12.
- Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.
- Good English, written and spoken.
- Trustworthy.
- Candidate must be very organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to perform duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.
- Candidate must be friendly, personable, and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers, and the general public.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information.
