Job Overview

  • This is a high-profile role within Experian Health that requires strategic leadership in driving top-line growth with accretive GP%.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, articulate, and execute a clear and innovative long-term marketing strategy that ensures marketing leadership and brand differentiation.
  • In partnership with the Sales Director, deliver commercial review plans for the coming fiscal year as part of quarterly business reviews.
  • Benchmark competitor strengths, product benefits, and superiority versus McCain to identify areas for competitive edge.
  • Cultivate collaborative partnerships with key customers.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance brand equity and loyalty by managing timely ROI analysis of media spending and conducting agency reviews where necessary.
  • Evaluate APACSA and Global alignment on communication plans including packaging.
  • Lead portfolio strategy to prioritize consumer and customer insights in decision-making and drive profitability.
  • Ensure each SKU has a purpose and role within the portfolio to drive consumer household or customer consumption and frequency of use.
  • Develop and drive ownership of marketing tools such as Marketing@McCain and Demand Spaces.
  • Integrate sustainability and social responsibility initiatives into marketing strategies, aligning with corporate values.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform longer-term marketing strategies.
  • Apply data analysis techniques to draw robust conclusions on complex problems.
  • Lead the Consumer Insights Team to unlock powerful consumer and customer insights driving growth.
  • Encourage innovation in connecting with consumers and customers through reviewing global and local best practices.
  • Advocate for prioritizing big bets and steering the team towards activating those.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Foster partnerships with APACSA Marketing and similar roles in other McCain markets.
  • Demonstrate courage in making tough business decisions, influencing key stakeholders, and driving accountability.
  • Lead by example with McCain Leadership Principles and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and values.
  • Influence transparency and be a change agent across McCain Foods, clearing roadblocks as needed.
