  • Progress Tracking: Monitor progress and communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
  • Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation process to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Expectation Management: Proactively manage client expectations and commitments.
  • Account Management Collaboration: Work closely with account management to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Partner Engagement: Collaborate with business partners to ensure successful implementation.
  • Testing Support: Provide support and monitoring during testing activities.
  • Challenge Resolution: Identify and resolve implementation challenges.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of client and project-related activities.
  • Adherence to Project Plans: Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Material Updates: Update and maintain materials for client use.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients during and after implementation.
Requirements:
  • Matric or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing software products for clients in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with benefit administration platforms such as Javelina preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and/or benefits administration highly desired.
  • Ability to work through year-end holiday season as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Working Hours:

2pm - 11pm
