This role reports directly to the Employee Relations & Compliance Executive.

The core function of this position is to manage and coordinate all employee relations management requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating ER management activities, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
  • Developing and implementing ER policies and procedures
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on ER-related matters
  • Representing the employer at CCMA conciliations and arbitrations

The ideal candidate will possess:
