Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration and integration of leasing functions to ensure improvement of tenancy and leasing operations. This includes maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and securing premises.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase tenant occupancy and rental income.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including vacancy schedules and letting activity reports.
  • Negotiate with potential retailers or tenants to secure deals and submit offers.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required, with a relevant Diploma or Degree being advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field is necessary, with at least 3 years spent in a Leasing position.
