We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sale Consultant to join our team in Durban.

The ideal candidate will have experience in underwriting and leading a team of Portfolio Managers, as well as expertise in insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application.
  • Develop and edit materials for diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to reporting strategies and lead execution of complex reports.
  • Monitor performance and behaviors to identify and resolve noncompliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Insurance Level IV qualification.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  • 5 – 8 years' experience in Underwriting and leading a team of Portfolio Managers.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in insurance sales.
