We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Assistant to join our Manufacturing team at HR Genie. As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical administrative support to the Manufacturing Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical administrative support to the Manufacturing Department, including handling timesheets, overtime, and leave forms.
- Pre-approve overtime sign-offs and maintain accurate records.
- Manage stock supplies, ordering, and follow-up on project statuses on the JMS System.
- Maintain a good relationship between Jendamark Automation and Suppliers.
- Manage the filing system, draft costing sheets, and handle freight for hardening and coating parts.
- Maintain Power BI sheets and perform daily follow-ups with suppliers on outstanding and upcoming manufacturing orders.
- Ensure punctuality and maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Formal tertiary education, with a qualification in administration or a related field.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, with a background in purchasing and Power BI experience advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Previous experience in a relevant industry.
- 3D printing experience or any relevant technical skill beneficial.
