Key Performance Indicators

The successful candidate will be measured against key performance indicators that focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and relationship development.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • A matric with Maths and Science.
  • A recognized certification or degree in Sales and Marketing, or Engineering Sales.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid unendorsed Code 8 (B) driver's license and own reliable transport.
