Job Title: Strategic Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Value to Clients:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of client needs by delivering banking solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Manage client relationships according to credit principles, ensuring effective risk management.
  • Analyse financial reports to track progress against agreed measures, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster proactive client relationship management to understand clients' businesses and needs.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication and networking.
  • Collaborate with third parties as required, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions to clients.

Personal Development:

  • Identify training courses and career progression opportunities through input and feedback from management.
  • Ensure completion of personal development plan activities within specified timeframes.

Contribution to Business Strategy:

  • Support the achievement of business strategy, objectives, and values by reviewing Nedbank and Business Unit Plan.
  • Ensure delivered systems, processes, services, and solutions align with business goals.

Estimate Salary Range: R1 200 000 - R1 800 000 per annum (dependent on experience).
