- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSSE strategy aligned with Puma Energy's Global Vision and Strategy.
- Leverage effective leadership and people engagement strategies to drive a high-performing HSSE culture.
- Lead the measurement and implementation of HSSE culture strategies, initiatives, and targets to drive continual improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure consistency in HSSE Management Systems, Governance, and Assurance Programs.
- Review HSSE documentation to determine existing behavioral risk trends and conduct individual and focus group exercises to assess employee perceptions and values.
About You:
- You have a strong background in HSSE systems, governance, assurance, or operational roles and excellent communication skills.
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of HSSE legislative frameworks across global jurisdictions.
- You are familiar with international standards ISO 45001, ISO 45003, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
