Job Title: IT Support Technician
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at Numeral XII (Pty) Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing efficient and friendly service, making sure all staff have the tech support and assistance they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Staff Productivity: Ensure all staff can work effectively without technology hindrances.
- Domain and Service Availability: Make sure the groups domains and related services are always available.
- First-Level Support: First level support for the whole technology landscape.
- Helpdesk Operations: Running the helpdesk, resolving tickets, communicating and escalating tickets where necessary.
- System Reliability: Guarantee as much as possible that things work when they need to.

- Attention to Detail: Takes pride in their work making sure things are done correctly and neatly.

Qualification and Experience:
- Certification: Relevant Certification (A+, N+ or similar)
- IT Experience: 5+ years' experience in IT support.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Microsoft 365 administration
- cPanel and Domain Administration: cPanel & domain administration
- Network Administration: Network administration (Unifi preferred)
- Computer Support: Laptop / Desktop / Mac office support
- Pastel Support: Pastel support (preferred)
- Helpdesk Support: Helpdesk support (Atera preferred)
- CCTV Support: CCTV support - Hikvision (beneficial)
- Gallagher Access: Gallagher Access (beneficial)
