Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Strategy and Planning

Develop and manage the optimal integration of business objectives and activities to achieve the company's overall strategies and operational goals.

Industry Analysis and Risk Management

Identify changes in the industry that will impact our business and assist in developing strategies to ensure effective alignment for these changes.

Business Development and Growth

Seek opportunities to grow the business through mergers and acquisitions and seek new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

Performance Management

Develop business KPIs with the CEO and take responsibility for achieving them.

Financial Management

Develop financial KPIs that are key targets of business strategy to be reported monthly to the CEO and EXCO.

Cash Flow Management

Direct and coordinate the organisation's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximise investments and increase efficiency on a monthly basis.

Leadership and Team Management

Provide business leadership by developing, directing and integrating operational issues to optimise service and return on investment.

Operational Management

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, sales and distribution of products.

Human Resources Management

Determine staffing requirements; interview and recruit managerial employees according to HR best practices.

Marketing Strategy

Develop and agree on the business marketing strategy with the CEO on an annual basis.

Requirements
  1. Grade 12.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Financial Management or related.
  3. Minimum 10 years senior management experience in the Earthmoving Industry.
  4. Minimum 10 years sales experience in the Earthmoving Industry.
  5. Knowledge of the mining and construction industry.
  6. Valid driver's license.
  7. Proficient in MS Office.
