Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate governance framework to ensure compliance with King IV and Companies Act requirements.
  • Provide legal advice on insurance claims, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage litigation processes and engage with external legal counsel effectively.

Requirements:
