Employee Services Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our HR team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the effective management of our HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be highly organized with great attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR database, including personal information, salary, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including conducting orientations and organizing necessary paperwork.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
- Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of performance evaluations for employees.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and other HR-related policies and documents.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of HR reports and data for management review and decision-making.
