Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

Oversee a team of Cybersecurity analysts within the Cybersecurity Intelligence Centre (CIC). Collaborate indirectly with the Cybersecurity management team and senior executives across the organization.

2. Incident Response Management

  • Develop and maintain readiness for Cybersecurity incident responses by actively collaborating with technical teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Monitor security events to identify, analyze, and report potential threats and incidents.
  • Lead containment, eradication, and recovery efforts in response to incidents and threats.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews with all stakeholders to derive lessons learned and enhance incident response processes.

3. Domain Name System (DNS) Oversight

Manage TFG's publicly accessible domains, focusing on DNS security, vendor management, and governance.

4. Email Protection

Safeguard TFG's email domains against threats such as spoofing, malware, and phishing attacks.

5. Vendor Relationship Management

Oversee third-party vendors, requiring a technical understanding of the solutions provided, integration with TFG's environment, and adherence to contractual obligations for ongoing support.

6. Cybersecurity Audit Coordination

Coordinate and manage findings from Cybersecurity audits, engaging with technical teams to track and resolve identified issues.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or advanced diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One or more certifications such as Security+, AWS Certifications, Microsoft Certifications, Google Certifications, Azure, CompTIA Pentest+, EC-Council CEH certification, ITIL Foundation, and/or Practitioner.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Cybersecurity roles, with a focus on Security and Technical Services.
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience with Active Directory, AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft Defender, Symantec Endpoint Protection, MS Sentinel, FortiAnalyzer, MS MDM, and Mimecast is essential.
