Fuel Station Operations Manager

A dynamic and customer-focused Station Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of a fuel station in Brits North West. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work accurately and under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering of fuel and merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor sales and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain the station's cleanliness and appearance to the highest standards
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in office packages (Microsoft knowledge will be an advantage)
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Total ESO (ISIS) and NAMOS systems
- Knowledge of the HSEQ laws and training
- Experience working at a filling station or retail environment (Total Garage filling station experience will be advantageous)
