Overview

A dynamic role for a Sales Growth Specialist in East London, working closely with customers to develop and execute sales strategies that drive market share growth and revenue.

About the Job:

In this exciting position as a Sales Growth Specialist, you will partner with retailers across the region to increase sales of our premium soft drinks brands. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans that maximize brand availability and visibility in stores.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retailers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver sales presentations and provide product demonstrations to secure new business opportunities and retain existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow sales and improve market share.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data to inform future sales strategies.

  • You are a driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships with customers and achieving results.
  • You have experience in direct sales or convenience retail, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations.
