The Icon Group seeks a skilled Commercial Contract Manager to oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering contracts from preparation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maximum value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and issue tenders, evaluate and negotiate contracts, and manage contract documents.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with Project Managers and Construction Managers on commercial and contractual matters.

You will be accountable for maintaining project budgets and forecasts, verifying progress certificates, and managing change control. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including back charges and claims resolution.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Contract Administration, preferably in an EPCM environment.
  • Knowledge: NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke forms of contract.
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy in MS Office and Excel, with knowledge of MS Project advantageous.
  • Languages: Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.

A tertiary qualification in a Commercial or Quantity Surveying field is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have experience in managing contractual progress and claims for contractors in a stringent manner.

About the Role
