Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and managing the finance team across all five companies, ensuring efficient workflow and staff development.

  2. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to standardize accounting practices across the group.

  3. Oversight of daily accounting activities across the group, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and fixed asset management.

  4. Ensuring accurate financial reporting for each entity, consolidating group financials for management reporting.

  5. Managing financial policies and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.

  6. Preparing and analyzing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.

  7. Providing financial insights to support decision-making for cost control, pricing strategies, and capital investments.

  8. Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
