A very well-established national manufacturing company is looking for a ‘’Group Managing Director’’
to join their team on a full-time permanent basis at their premises in the Helderberg Area, CT.

We are looking for a Group Managing Director to supervise and control all strategic and business
aspects of the company.

The goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.

**Salary**: R135 000 per month, negotiable.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan of the organisation.
- Overseeing all operational, marketing and sales functions of the organisation.
- Monitoring and ensuring the success of the organisation.
- Making high-quality investment decisions.
- Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies.
- Reviewing financial and non-financial reports.
- Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
- Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape.
- Ensuring that the organisation maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.
- Assess, monitor, and minimize risks to the organisation.

**Position Requirements**:

- Proven experience as General Manager or Managing Director.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, corporate finance, and performance
management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- Engineering qualification and qualification in business administration will be beneficial.
