We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Trainee to join our team at Ekurhuleni West College. The successful candidate will assist in the repair and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment, as well as provide excellent customer service to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic repairs to printers and make recommendations for repairs as needed.
  • Assist in the ordering of computer parts and software.
  • Provide technical support to students and staff.
  • Assist with network operations and maintenance.
  • Load software and applications as required.
  • Assist with the registration of students.
Requirements
  • Senior certificate or equivalent.
  • IT NCV Level 4 Certificate or equivalent.
  • A+, N+, and ICDL certifications or equivalent.
What We Offer
  • A stipend of R4,200.00 per month.
