**Short Term Insurance Broker Assistant**
An East Rand, short term commercial lines insurance broker requires an administrative assistant.
Use your experience to handle full claims administration function, for Sectional Title and Homeowner Association Policies.
**Responsibilities Include**:
Ø Updating policy holder files
Ø Obtain quotations and liase with insurers
Ø Scrutinizing Policies to determine cover and excess
Ø Submission and management of claims
Ø Feedback to policy holders
Ø Accurate and timeous communication skills
Ø Claims procedure compliance
Ø Review of policies at renewal
Ø Processing recoveries and settlements
Ø Application of policy terms and conditions
**Minimum Requirements**
- Good communication skills, verbal and written essential.
- Grade 12
- 1 Year Administrative
- FAIS knowledge essential.
- RE an advantage.
- Non Smoker
- Minimum three years claims and administrative experience
- Fluent in English (Read and write)
- Good communicator
- Computer literate (Word and Excel)
- High accuracy levels
- Problem solving
- Good co-ordination skills
- Negotiation skills
- Non smoker
- East Rand Residency
**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R5,000.00 per month
Ability to Commute:
- Gauteng, Gauteng (required)
Ability to Relocate:
