Office Operations Manager - Short Term Insurance
Location: Roodepoort - Constantia Kloof
Start Date: ASAP
Remuneration: Market related
**Requirements**:
- 5-10 Years operational support and management of a short-term insurance firm.
- 5 - 10 Staff management
- 5 - 10 Years short term administration experience, including claims handling and retentions.
- NQF5 Short Term insurance
- Class of Business (Commercial & Private lines) - Preferable
- RE 5
- RE1 Preferable
- Own reliable vehicle
- Must speak Fluent Afrikaans and English
Duties include but are not limited to:
This person must provide general leadership across the organization in support of facilitating the attainment of business goals in all areas of business and as directed by the Managing Director and Executive Board.
The manager reviews, monitors and manages financial budgets and expenditures. They provide operational support by preparing and reviewing of operational plans and monitoring progression. They will also be responsible for the implementation of changes to operational plans according to new company policies and structure. The manager timelessly manages all processing and administrative tasks when necessary, ensuring end to end business processing in accordance with legislative and best practice guidelines.
