**Duties and Responsibility**:

- To sell the company product telephonically.
- Capture correct details of the customer, place orders in the computer system and do follow up calls when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Require meeting monthly agent target.
- We have monthly KPI for attendance, time keeping, meeting sales target daily, monthly and the quality of work.

**Education and Training**:

- Matric Certificate would be advantageous.
- Product training will be conducted
