**Your** **Journey**
- Evaluate and optimise marketing and pricing strategies to maximise their effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and prepare data-driven forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Implement new and innovative strategies to generate high-quality business leads.
- Raise brand visibility and strengthen market position through targeted campaigns and collaborations.
- Align marketing strategies with sales goals to ensure a seamless, integrated approach.
- Plan, allocate, and effectively manage the marketing department's budget.
- Oversee all aspects of branding, advertising, and promotional efforts to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Mentor and manage the marketing team to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide regular, insightful reports to senior management on marketing performance and trends.
- Represent the brand at industry-relevant trade shows and events to build relationships and showcase services.
- Stay abreast of marketing and industry trends through ongoing development and research.
- Research trade and business publications that align with the target audience and focus areas for senior management comment pieces.
- Monitor and forecast emerging trends in the luxury travel market.

**Your Strengths and Background**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with marketing automation software.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, strategies, and branding techniques.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and impactful solutions.
- Proven ability to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
