Overview:
**As One of the TEAM**

Your role will be to proactively manage key internal/external relationships, working with the supplier base to ensure the delivery of insight driven communications and revenue for the business, in line with paid marketing targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Strategic FOCUS AREAS**
- Develop a deep knowledge of Wellness Warehouse business and communications capabilities to confidently manage client relationships
- Understand digital campaigning and channels as well as formulating successful communication plans
- Develop a deep knowledge of the supplier’s businesses to both identify and implement opportunities and mitigate risks
- To foster insight led communications, manage, and develop strong, productive relationships:

- with supplier base
- across the Wellness Warehouse team, particularly with merchandising team, 3rd parties and creative team
- Manage all activity for your client base and deliver against agreed budget and timelines, working with key contacts
- Manage financial aspects from forecasting through to invoicing to ensure maximum profitability against annual targets, pipeline management, month end process, invoicing
- Close the loop: Ensure timely delivery of results to clients, reporting against the individual requirements of the brief with a recommendation for future investment based on learnings from the campaign evaluation
- Consulting ERP data to inform communication proposals and ensuring that sufficient reporting is delivered after the campaign period
- Remain up to date on industry trends and competitive threats, seeking out and demonstrating creative thinking in leveraging new opportunities to drive growth/relationship

Qualifications and Additional Information:

- University degree - ideally with postgraduate qualification (marketing major desired); or equivalent business experience
- Extensive previous client-related marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG
- Experience in direct, in-store and digital marketing practices as well as media evaluation
- Excellent project management/communication/presentation skills, well organised with attention to detail
- Ability to manage suppliers at peer level and above; proven negotiation skills, articulate and confident
- Self-motivated with an understanding of analytics and the creative development process
- Experience of working to monthly targets across multiple channels and financial management
- Proactive and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Genuine interest in the Wellness brand and products
