Multi Award Winning Nursery-**Stodels** is looking for a dynamic D**epartment Manager - Hard Landscaping** to head up the Department at our **Belville Garden Centre**. The position will report directly to the Branch Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for profitability of the Department Managing staff
- Effective stock management and optimize layout opportunities
- Hard Landscaping merchandise quality standards, VM standards and general housekeeping standards
- Driving high levels of customer service standards
- Report analysis
- HR, IR and staff development

**CRITERIA NEEDED**:

- Minimum of 3 years retail experience at management level or level equivalent in
- exposure and or responsibility
- A successful record in sales, profit management, stock management including purchase
- management, staff management, tactical and strategic planning
- Must be organised, efficient, creative and assertive with strong communication skills on
- all levels
- Sound retail business acumen understanding the drivers of profitability
