Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Personal Assistant to the Managing Directors, experience in electronic media design, photography/videography would be beneficial, online marketing and promotion of the non-profit.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to our Managing Directors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our non-profit organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of the Managing Directors.
- **Electronic Media Design**: Utilize your experience in electronic media design to create visually appealing materials for our organization. This includes designing graphics, presentations, and other digital content.
- **Photography and Videography**: Capture important moments during events, workshops, and campaigns. Experience in photography and videography is a plus.
- **Online Marketing**:Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies. This includes managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Promotion of Non-Profit Initiatives**:Work closely with the Managing Directors to promote our non-profit’s mission, events, and fundraising efforts through various channels.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Electronic Media Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of multimedia tools.
- Photography/Videography: Familiarity with photography and video editing software.
- Online Marketing: Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for Non-Profit Work: A genuine interest in contributing to our non-profit’s mission.
