- Financial literacy
- Experience in a financial role within a manufacturing environment
- Syspro experience
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with an ability to interact with senior management
- Meticulous attention to Detail
- Be able to work under pressure
**3.** **WORK OUTPUT DESCRIPTION**
**3.1.** **Work Description**
**3.2.** **Responsibilities**:
- Creating of all inbound purchase orders for SMB, SMK and SMJ
- Processing of daily and month end financial records on Syspro (Consumables)
- Oversight of the warehouse management system
- Support the Planning team
- materials availability and job costings
- Planning monthly inventory count
- Actively involved in inventory count - capturing, variance reports, investigations and confirmations
- Issuing and receipting for all sites
- Performance of cost reconciliations for reporting to head office
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Filing of all documentation
- Assist financial manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Essenwood, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
