**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

**2.** **SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- **Experience**:

- BCom degree
- Minimum of 5 to 7 year’s experience in a financial role within manufacturing
- Excellent proficiency in Syspro
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with an ability to interact with senior management
- Ability to work in diverse teams

**3.** **WORK OUTPUT DESCRIPTION**

**3.1.** **Work Description**

**1.1.** **Responsibilities**:

- Management of all factory related expenditure including operational costs and pricing
- Management of budgeted expenditure across the manufacturing operation
- Responsible for product costing including analysis on and reporting of price and production variances
- Oversee the integrity of inventory and WIP process through management of the inventory controls
- Maintenance of all finance related records
- inventory master data, maintain BOMs, Job Costing and processing,
- Processing of daily and month end financial records on Syspro
- Management and oversight of the warehouse management system
- Support the Planning team
- materials availability, job costings
- Planning monthly inventory count
- Actively involved in inventory count - capturing, variance reports, investigations and confirmations
- Performance of cost reconciliations for reporting to head office
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Assist financial manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
