**Qualifications**:
- Bookkeeping diploma, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in similar role.
- NB: Must be proficient both English and Afrikaans
- Experience with working with multiple companies in a group.

- Excel Advanced
- Sage (Evolution) - Non negotiable
**Job description**:
- GL reconciliations
- Monthly Commissions
- Assist with yearend budget.
- Assist with yearend audit.
- Payroll processing -monthly & wages, SARS reconciliation and payments/Exiling
- VAT reconciliations and submissions
- Full creditor’s function including invoicing and reconciliations weekly payables.
- Prepare monthly receivables report.
- Assist with stock take.
- Cash up
- Floats and reconciliations
