**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Processing of orders and formulating summary and loading sheets for the packing and dispatch department.

Ensuring that orders are captured on accounting system and invoiced.

Responsibilities include the management of the dispatch department

Maintaining customer relations with regards to sales orders and follow up.

Record keeping and general administration

Experience working on an accounting package (Pastel evolution would be a benefit)

3 years’ experience in a similar role (FMCG environment would be beneficial)

Tertiary qualification in logistics or finance.

Required to work in a high-pressure work environment

The position will require the person to be methodical and analytical

Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial in this role.

Strong people relations is a must have
