As a HR Business Support Partner at Games Global, you will be a key member of the team and be a point of contact for employees in dealing with a wide variety of HR queries and activities. The main area of responsibility for the Support Partner will be to provide an HR administrative function that is effective and efficient.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Receives day to day direction/guidance from the respective HRBP/HRM
Responsible for supporting recruitment, attending interviews and ensuring culture and value fit into theBU.:
Interview job applicants
Evaluate applicant skills and recommendations regarding applicant’s job fit
Prepare and maintain job documentation and job evaluations
Be involved in the on boarding and settling-in of new recruits
Conduct exit interviews for first line employees and feedback to HRBP/HRM
Functional direction to recruiter ensuring process are followed and adhering to best recruitment practice
Respond to enquiries from employees, management & applicants as appropriate
Management and co-ordination of administration which may include:
Checking the accuracy of data and collation of data (leave audits, structure audits, etc.)
Input of data into relevant systems
Consolidating HR metric reports monthly for BP’s
Scheduling training with development team, onboarding check in’s, exit interviews, weekly meetingswith managers, assist with interview scheduling
Assist with interviews at the lower level positions
Assisting with onboarding into Games / Games induction / Studio Induction
Ensuring probation process and letters are maintained.
Coordination of travel
Coordination of immigration and 3rd party contracts
Coordination of Surveys (e.g. GPTW, Pulse surveys, 360 degrees)
Drafting and printing of studio specific letters e.g. promotion/increase/etc. for BP to check
Consolidation of bonus pay outs - tracking budgets
Assisting with WSP and Employment equity report for Games
Assistance with training needs analysis
Assistance with training budget consolidation (all of Games)
Assisting with HR initiatives / Projects (e.g. development of Job profiles)
Be involved in special projects when needed
Provide confidential advice on a broad range of HR matters mostly relating to company policies &procedures, terms & conditions of employment and employee benefits
To take the lead in employee induction for HR and regarding new starter induction and development actions
Assisting with consolidation of annual pay review process
Calendar management for HRBP/HRM
Other HR related duties as assigned
- Relevant HR Qualification

2-4 years’ experience
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation (LRA, SDA, EEA, BCEA, OHSA) and stakeholders that impact on HR and training and development
- Previous experience in recruitment &/human resources environment
- Proven track record & full understanding recruitment process end to end
- Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Good interpersonal skills & able to work effectively with all staff levels
- Excellent negotiation & influencing skills
- A strong, assertive team player with a can do attitude
- Ability to work independently & part of a dynamic team
- Highly detailed with strong problem solving and decision making skills
