Principal Responsibilities:

- Reception duties.
- Depot admin activities.
- Compiling weekly and monthly Depot reports.
- Sourcing of quotes.
- Day-to-day support to the Business needs and the team.
- Maintaining the office cleanliness & good housekeeping.
- Receiving and dispatching business related documents.
- Communicating any person/stakeholder that arrives on the business premises.
- Adhoc tasks which will be determined by operational needs.

Required Competencies:

- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary accounting software
- Strong organizational skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Time management skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of adaptability
- Proactive and drive to succeed

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Take initiative, prioritize and meet deadlines. Delivering multiple support activities in line with agreed standards and objectives, given tight deadlines and competing demands and priorities.
- Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies, and practices to ensure the delivery of business complies with relevant legislation and frameworks.
- Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned business areas and contribute to the preparation of briefs to support informed decision making and planning.
- Assist the company to complete tasks, ensure quality and implement business plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Provide a range of secretariat, finance and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing documents, to support management delivery.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve the greater good of the company, celebrate a diverse workforce, and participate in creating an environment where you and your co-workers can create and thrive and support each other’s wellbeing.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R4 000,00 - R4 500,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's license (required)
