- The role will support the Institutional Operations Administration team. This role is to handle administrative tasks such as processing transactions, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with regulations.**Requirements**:

- BCom Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Investments or related field.
- Financial Market Diploma would be advantageous
- 1 - 2 years' experience in finance industry, preferably in operational environment
- Excel skills

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Operational Support**:

- Accurately process and settle a variety of investment transactions, including trades, transfers, and payments.
- Maintain and update records of all transactions and client accounts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues related to transactions and account management, providing timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on transaction activities, account statuses, and other relevant metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Assist in the administration of Direct Properties and other off-market investments such as Reinsurance agreements
- Perform cash and scrip reconciliation clearance
- Support the administration of listed derivatives
- Participate in change initiatives and projects
- Provide transition support for new processes and systems
- Translate business requirements into workable processes and controls

**Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on service level agreements to ensure client expectations are managed
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
- Contribute to a culture that builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service.
