**Duties**:

- Full office administrative and junior bookkeeping functions for company specializing in IT solutions
- Manage and guide a team of office staff, providing leadership, support, and mentorship
- Ensure sales inquiries and support tickets are promptly attended to, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, assist with bookkeeping tasks, and support the senior bookkeeper as needed
- Coordinate office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the organization
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance office processes and systems

**Salary: R 15 000.00 - R 25 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on relevant experience)**
