**Description**:
Duties include, but not limited to:

- Social media marketing
- Telesales
- Sending quotes
- Managing petty cash
- Customer liaison
- Ensure stock according to invoices are accurate
- Capturing stock received and weekly stock take
- Invoicing and reconciliation to payments i.e. card, EFT and cash)
- Assisting the Accountant
- Managing and updating of staff details including overtime
- Customer service and queries
- Ensure office supplies and manufacturing supplies with suppliers are in stock and sold at the best price
- Filing
- Updating sales and installation costs

**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate / Grade 12 is required
- Any further education / training will be an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in assisting in finances / accounting / bookkeeping will be an advantage
- Experience in Xero Accounting will be an advantage
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required (Excel and Word)
