**Job Advert Summary**: An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Administration Clerk III (Technical Clerk) to assist with the administration maintenance of technical equipment and to assist with some payments. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3 years Administration experience in a workshop or a similar environment
- Must have experience in Workshop Sage EAM system or other related systems
- Computer literate - MS office with good excel skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and dependent
- Must be willing to learn, be proactive and innovative
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Evolve Workshop System
- Job card processes
- Parts stock/issue processes
- Parts ordering processes
- Stock take reports and capturing

General Workshop Admin
- Compiling Breakdown Reports
- Daily Cost Tracking/Quotes Handover Reports
- Other workshop admin functions as required.
