**Business development (Software Division) - Bryanston**

R20, 000 - R35, 000 CTC (depending on experience) + Commission

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development consultant to join our client’s software division. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the Managed Print Services (MPS) and MDS offerings, specifically focusing on value-added software solutions like Print Management and document management. You will work with both existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to optimize their printing processes and drive revenue growth for our software division.

**Requirements**:
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) - ESSENTIAL

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or customer relations

Own vehicle & license (extensive traveling to clients required)

Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) and the value proposition of Print Management software advantage

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM software a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Print Management software within the MPS space.

Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify customer pain points and opportunities for Print Management software solutions.

Develop compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition and ROI of our Print Management software.

Present and negotiate solutions to existing and new customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our software.

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.

Work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of Print Management software solutions.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the MPS market and competitive landscape.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Contribute to the development and execution of overall sales and marketing initiatives for the software division.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
