**Job Title: Service Technicians (FMCG Industry), Catering - ALL REGIONS OF SA**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of catering equipment used in the FMCG industry, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, offering solutions to equipment issues and operational challenges.
- Perform equipment installations, commissioning, and testing according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and spare parts usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service schedules, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working onsite and handling equipment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and product developments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Service Technician in the FMCG industry, specializing in catering equipment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, models, and operating principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Technical certification or relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration engineering (preferred).

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range of between R15 000 and R27 000per month, based on experience.
