**You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Have previous experience dealing with customers
- Have excellent customer service skills (a people person who enjoys interacting with clients and going the extra mile)
- Have an excellent command of the English language and the ability to engage professionally with international clients
- Can demonstrate creativity, pro-activity, and the ability to problem solve
- Are structured and organised
- Possess good time management skills
- Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing client enquiries online and telephonically
- Assisting a team of brokers with their daily functions
- Leading generation and client retention through delivering great customer service
**Extra points if you have**:

- Previous experience in a customer service/relations role
- Worked with an international database of clients
